Strength:  OK we so are going to run a three week build up of the Big Clean Complex just for fun.  It will be three Monday’s in a row.  The actual BCC is 4 rounds unbroken of a high hang squat clean to a hang squat clean to a t & g squat clean to a jerk.  Today we will take 20 M to work up to a max load for 2 rounds.  Next Monday it will be 3 rounds and the following Monday it will be a true BCC of 4 rounds at max load.
