200 M run (if it rains we will resort to box over burpees, 20″)

8 push press  115/85  95/65

6 each arm – hang KB snatch  53/44  (think Regionals workout)

6 rounds under 10 M, 1 more round.

Lets see some good, finished push presses on Wednesday.  Get that bar locked out overhead & back to your midline.  I’ve got 6:00 am, Laura has noon, 4:30 and 5:30 and Sue has 6:30 & we will be passing out “no reps”.  Don’t be “that guy”!!!!
