Strength: High hang (power position) squat clean to hang squat clean to touch & go squat clean to jerk. After warm up , we will start at a weight & go up in load each round 5 X every 2 M.

Slam ball burpees…start with a slam ball…when you’re down there in a squat do a burpee…instead of standing up & clapping, grab the slam ball on the way up & start again.
