Strength:  Back squat.  So this is day 1 of our strength cycle & 20 rep backsquat challenge.  Let’s combine them & do this.  Work to a max set of 10 (similar to today with bench press).  Make sure it’s a max set.  Get a spotter & really chase it.  Then let’s forget the set of 8 & go right into week 1 of The 20 Rep Backsquat Challenge.
