Strength:  OK so we are starting a 4 week squat and bench cycle.  We will be doing two cycles of this.  Between cycles we will assume a 5 & 10 pound increase in our bench and squat, respectively.  After the two cycles we will have a ME day(s).  Info is on the blackboard if you forget.  Bench tomorow to a MAX 10, then a set of 8 at that weight.  Make it a MAX effort…don’t just look at the numbers chart & assume you can’t do any more than that.  CHALLENGE your self!!
