So I have taken the challenge.  I will be going head to head vs Kyle Grimes in many upcoming WOD’s.  We have decided that if I can get 70 % of his number I win.  Today was round 1.  I came up 11 reps short.  This is going to be tough.  My point?  Put your self out there.  Get out of your comfort zone.  The world will keep revolving no matter what happens.  By the way, this is how I felt today.
