WOD:  Mini + Murph

400 M run (sub 450 M row)

65 pullups

100 pushups

150 air squats

400 M run

There will be a time cap on all work before the last run.  Also we have shortened the run distance.  Theory is that we do plenty of running & it’s more important to get the other work in at this point.  Of course I may be wrong.
