Deadlift

…and there were alot of deadlift PR’s on Thursday.  Including a triple at 505 by Big G!!

We are doing our second Pre-Murph build up WOD on Tuesday of this week.  If you plan on doing Murph on Memorial Day, make sure you show up…it will make Memorial Day alot easier.
