In teams of two with the clock running…:

Grace  (30 C & J at 135/95)  alternate single reps to get to 30.

Deadlifts at 225/145  alternate triples to get to 60.

Deadlift holds.  P1 locks out the deadlift on top while P2 does 20 HRPU.  Rotate.  Bar drops, stop doing pushups.

Squat cleans.  135/95.  alternate single reps to get to 20.

One bar.  Change weights on the fly.
