So we start a cycle of Wendler tomorrow.  I will have info on the chalkboard, but if you are a planner & like to have an idea in your head before you show up, here is some detail…

Wendler cycles run 4 weeks.  Weights are laid out in percentages of a WORKING 1 RM.  This WORKING 1 RM is 90 % of a true 1 RM.  Wendler sets the “work sets” but not the “set up” sets.  That is up to you.  Lastly, you have to TAKE NOTES to make this program successful.

Strength:  Bench Press Wendler week 1:  65 % X 5, 75 % X 5, 85 % X 5+ (the plus means this is a max effort…as many reps as you can get)

WOD:  5 Rounds

7 power snatch  115/85  95/65

7 box jumps  24/20

$ out:  Finish under 8 M run 800 M.  Finish over 8 M run 200 M.
