Strength:  Front squats.  Work triples up to a heavy three.  Pause on the bottom once you get past your warm up weights.

WOD:  3 – 6 – 9 – 12 – 15

Power cleans  155/105  135/95

Box over burpees  20″

There is a time cap of 13 M.  Once again Dave and I were thinking alike.  Studs will be trying to beat the cap.  Mortals will be getting as far as they can.
