Strength:  Power snatch

1.  Take 5 M to warm up.

2.  EMOM one power snatch.  Ascending weight each attempt.  Time will go quick so lay out your extra weights ahead of time.  Work up to a 1 RM in 7 – 8 attempts.

3.  Every 90 seconds X 4…2 power snatches at 85 % 1 RM.
