Strength:  Bench press to a max 5 then do a second set of 3 at that load.

WOD:

Minutes 0-3:  5 power snatch 95/65 OTM

Minutes 4-6:  3 power snatch  105/75

Minutes 7-9:  3 power snatch  115/85

Minutes 10-12: 1 power snatch 125/95 every 30 seconds

Minutes 13-15:  3 power snatch  105/75

 

We may do some type of core finisher if we have time and/or energy.
