So today’s WOD is all about SPEED! Yup, we all “go fast”, but normally that definition of fast varies according to our perception of the WOD difficulty and the perceived length of the WOD. What if the WOD literally required you to sprint as fast as you can…NOTHING held back? OK that’s all the hints I’m giving you. Show up tomorrow.

“Randy” went well today. It’s always fun to look back at old times of benchmark workouts & compare them to current. Two big improvements from today…Abby Grenon went from 10:37 early this past summer to 5:00 today. Linds went from 10:00 a year ago to 3:40 today. Both of these girls will be drug tested later this week.
Fastest Randy in the gym went to Laura Cooper at 3:34. Damn girl!!!
