Strength:  This is a bit of a deload this week.  Enjoy your time under a light bar, it won’t last for long!  Back squat to a very heavy 8, then do a second set at that weight but only do 6 reps.  After that it’s the final week of the 20 rep back squat challenge!

This past weekend Joe, Linds, Abby and Brandon competed in the Game Day Competition.  Noone got hurt which is a miracle in itself!  They ended up taking 7th overall and they WON the deadlift event.  Great job guys!
