Bar Muscle Up

Here’s a great pic of Sam from the competition. She was trying to get a bar muscle up. She tried 4 times before this & failed and with 5 seconds left in the WOD, and the crowd going crazy, and my head buried in Tabes shoulder cause I couldn’t watch…she missed it a 5th time! Great effort tho!
