Strength:  OHS from the rig.  We will take 15 M to either just work on the motion or go for a 1 RM.  Where ever your skill set is on this movement.

WOD:  AMRAP 15 M

BEAR  1 – 2 – 3 – then start over.  Do 4 box over burpees (20″) after each set.  Total reps.  Bear is at 155/105  135/95  115/85.  Choose wisely.
