As I always say, “you are either the windshield or the bug”.  Way too often I am the CrossFit bug.  Way too often James is the Crossfit windshield.  Not today.  Anything starting with a “b” is James kryptonite I guess (burpees, box jumps wall balls).  Good to see James doing the pain crawl across the floor this morning.
