So we are running tomorrow.  If you are so inclined (especially the 6:00 am class) bring something (a sweatshirt, etc) to throw over your gym shirt.

Strength:  Back squat to a 2 X 6.  The 6 reps should be strong, low & confident…i.e. not a max effort.  This is our recovery week before the next bout of fun.
