Strength:  5 X of 30 on/30 off TTB (toes to bar).  What I’m looking for is a TOES to bar.  Even one at a time would be awesome if you have never gotten there before.  We are treating this as a skill session so it’s quality over quantity.  If you get two single reps in the 30 seconds it’s a success.  If you’re a TTB stud try and pound them out for 30 seconds.
