So….in order to do this one right you need to think “intensity”.  Each round is meant to be an all out sprint.  Nothing held back.  Full throttle.  Yadda yadda.  At times CrossFit programming starts to drift towards volume vs intensity. Fight that here.  SPRINT!!!!!  Don’t cheat the 1 M rest.
