Partner WOD.  Everything is 1 M work & 20 seconds rest.

Partner 1:  5 deadlifts 60 % 1 RM then 4 bar over burpees.

Partner 2:  Sandbag squats.  100/80.  That’s right.  if you can’t get it on your back your partner will have to help.

5 rounds of each.  alternating movements.  Total reps.

This could be one of those that bring tears.
