So let’s get outside with a partner WOD.
1. P1 pulls a sled around the mall (men 90 women 60) while P2 does 5 squat cleans and 5 burpee pullups over & over. Count the reps.
2. P2 pulls the sled, P1 does the inside work.
Repeat so each person does both movements twice. For total time minus1 second for each total reps completed.
