Strength:  Remember January 28?  It was the last day of our 8 week 20 rep backsquat squat challenge.  We’ve done alot of low rep back squatting since.  I wonder if our 20 rep has got stronger? Let’s find out. We did 135/105 back then (some of you did more…you know who you are).  Lets get crazy & do 20 at 145/115.
