Sorry no 6:00 am tomorrow.  I somehow have landed in Lyme disease hell & am unable to get out of a chair without assistance.  CrossFit prepares us for the unknowable & unimaginable.  This qualifies.  Our trainers could not get back in time from Regionals to cover tomorrow.  We’ll play the rest of the week by ear.
