Strength:  OHS work off the rack.  Work up to whatever trips your trigger.  Tomorrow’s Murph so have fun while you can with a bar in your hands.

5 OHS at about 70 & of a 2 RM off the rack

5 box jumps 24/20

This all sounds easy.  Remember every CF WOD doesn’t have to leave you feel like you can’t move.  (that’s tomorrow).  Speaking of Murph, when it comes to pullups I will be the voice of reason for many of you.  Yes I may make you use a band.  Doing 100 pullups 1-3 reps at a time is wrong on so many levels.  Trust me.
