Strength:  Bench Press to a max 8 X 1 (reference 4/21) then go up in weight to a Heavy 6 x 2 sets.  Again…write these weights down somewhere.

OK here’s the deal on the WOD…I don’t think anyone can finish this one in under 14 M, so we are having a 14 M cap on this.  If you can finish the WOD under 14 M & do it Rx I’ll buy you a Fit Aid or Kill Cliff.
